Life has its ups and downs—we all know that. But how we navigate those defining moments makes all the difference. My journey through loss changed everything. When my husband passed suddenly due to complications from diabetes, I was shattered. Fear, anxiety, PTSD, and a complete loss of direction consumed me. I felt stuck in a reality I never asked for, unsure how to move forward.

But I knew I had a choice: stay lost in the pain or honor myself by stepping into healing. So, I did the work, picked up the pieces—not all at once, one at a time, and in that process, I found something unexpected: an emancipated, free, more empowered me. 

My healing journey led me through deep personal growth, profound love, expansion, and ultimately, a calling. I answered the nudge to turn my pain into purpose, becoming a Certified Master Life Coach to help others navigate their own greatest challenges. Because I know firsthand that grief doesn’t have to be the end of your story—but the catalyst for something extraordinary.
